IN-STORE RETURN AND EXCHANGE (FOR ONLINE AND IN-STORE PURCHASES)
For purchases made in-store and online, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days from the date of purchase. For any return or exchange of items purchased in-store. Go to your chosen Sports Rousseau, Hockey Experts or L’Entrepôt du Hockey store. With your receipt, we will be glad to process the return of your new, unused, and unworn items, with tags, in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse the return and refund of used or worn items.
The excluded products are:
- Jocks
- Mouth guards
- Face coverings and masks
- Socks, underwear and sports bras
- Thermoformable ice hockey skates
For in-store purchases, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item in order to receive a refund. For purchases made online, upon presentation of your electronic receipt, you have 15 days from the receipt of the email containing the tracking information (for “Regular Delivery” orders). Items must be new, unused, and unworn, with tags, in their original packaging, upon presentation of your receipt. The refund will be issued on the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
If the returned item is not in new, unused and unworn condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the refund.
In-store, we process your refund immediately. However, depending on your financial institution and your payment method, it may take some time before the refund amount appears on your account.
Yes, it is possible to return an item that was purchased at a discount or on clearance while respecting our return and exchange policy.
Visit one of our Sports Rousseau, Hockey Experts or L’Entrepôt du Hockey stores with your receipt to exchange any new, unused and unworn, with tags, items in their original packaging. You have 15 days from the date of purchase.
In order to exchange your item, we suggest you communicate with the chosen store to confirm the availability of the item before going to the store. The store inventory is updated every hour on our website, therefore discrepancies may occur. Also, the inventory may vary from one store to another.
RETURN BY MAIL (FOR ONLINE PURCHASES)
Any return by mail of items purchased online is refunded within 2 to 3 weeks. Exchanges can only be done in-store (See below for more details).
Any new, unused, and unworn item, with tags, in their original packaging can be returned by mail thanks to the prepaid return label included in the package. Please note that each package must be returned with its corresponding return label. Return fees for returns by mail will apply. Only one return shipping charge will be deducted per order.
We reserve the right to refuse the return and refund of any used or worn item. In which case, the item in question will be shipped back to you.

The maximum time frame to return and get a refund for your item is 15 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. During busier periods, it may take 2 to 3 weeks. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.
The refunded amount will appear on your statement within 7 business days.
- A return processing fee of $10.00 plus taxes will be deducted from the refund when you choose to return your items by mail.
- The shipping fee of $11.99 plus taxes are not refundable.
- Only one return shipping charge will be deducted per order.
Prepare your parcel
Use the original packaging (shipping box or bag) to pack your unused and undamaged item, including all the parts, accessories and instructions.
Affix your return label
In order to facilitate the return of your items, a preprinted and prepaid return label is automatically included when your package is shipped. Affix the label directly on the outside of the shipping box or bag. To avoid any confusion, make sure that no other address can be seen on the parcel.
When returning shoes or skates, do not stick the return label directly on the box or close it with adhesive tape. We reserve the right to refuse any return of shoes or skates having a return label or adhesive tape directly sticked on the box. If so, the items will be shipped back to you.
Send your parcel
Drop off the package at any office of the company that issued the return label found in your package. The shipping costs are prepaid, so you won’t have to pay anything at that time. However, a return processing fee of $10.00 plus taxes will be deducted from your refund. That’s it! Only one return fee will be deducted per order.
Check your email box
You will receive a notification email once your refund is completed. The refund will be issued on the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

WARRANTIES
Please visit one of our Sports Rousseau, Hockey Experts or L’Entrepôt du Hockey stores, with the receipt and item, to learn about our suppliers’ warranty policies.
Please note that those warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, improper use and accidental breakage of items bought online or in-store. Hockey stick accidental breakage under normal use will be subject to the manufacturer’s limited 30-day warranty. Make sure the serial number sticker is always affixed to the hockey stick.
