How much does it cost?

Enjoy free shipping when you purchase skates or a hockey stick! For orders that do not include these items, get free shipping on purchases of $119.99 or more before taxes. If your order is below this amount, a fee of $11.99 plus taxes will apply.

What should I expect in terms of delivery times?

If there are no unexpected circumstances, you should receive your package within 3 to 5 business days following the reception of your order confirmation email. Once the order is picked up by Purolator, you will receive an email including the tracking number to locate your package.

What should I do if I have not received my order?

We recommend that you track your package through the Purolator’s website directly. Note that you will need to enter the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.
If the package is ready to be picked up at a Purolator facility, the procedure to claim your package will be indicated.

Do oversized products require additional delivery fees?

There is no additional fee for orders including an oversized item.

Are there shipping fees when purchasing a gift card online?

No, when you purchase one or several gift cards alone, there are no shipping fees. However, if you add other items to your cart, the value of your gift card is not included when calculating the required amount to qualify for free shipping.

Can I use a shipping address different from my billing address?

Yes! However, the shipping address must be in the province of Quebec and the billing address must always match the address associated with the credit card used to pay for your order.

Where can I have my order delivered?

You can have your order delivered to your home, your office, at a friend’s house, provided that the address is valid and located in the province of Quebec.

What are the options for tracking my order?

Shipping confirmation email

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. If your order includes multiple packages, you will receive a tracking link for each package.

Tracking link

Thanks to the tracking link received by email, you have access to information concerning the progress of your delivery on Purolator website. That information is updated as soon as it becomes available. Please note that it may take up to 24 business hours after your order is shipped to access the information on the carrier’s website.

My account

If you placed your order while logged into your account, you will also be able to find the tracking number(s) and link(s) in your order details in My account section. You can also track your order via the Purolator website. Click here for details: Track a Package or Shipment | Purolator. You can sign up for e-mail updates via the carrier's website.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

I was absent at the time of delivery. Where can I go to pick up my package?

If the shipment is awaiting pickup at a Purolator depot or an authorized drop-off location, the procedure for retrieving your package will be provided. Purolator will leave you a notice indicating where you can pick up your package, as well as the deadline for doing so. You can schedule a second delivery attempt based on your availability via their website or by phone at 1-888 SHIP-123.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE THE ITEMS IN AN ORDER SHIPPED TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?

For the moment, it isn't possible to ship different items from a single order to multiple addresses.
