Canada Post Strike

We know that getting your orders as quickly as possible, especially at this time of year, is important to you.

As you are surely aware, Canada Post issued a nationwide strike November 15th, 2024. This means that Canada Post’s operations will shut down. Mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered for the duration of the national strike, and some post offices will be closed.

Since all our online orders are delivered via Purolator, there is no risk of you not receiving your items due to the strike. There is a chance that delivery may take a little longer than usual as Purolator is handling a much higher volume of packages given the situation.

Customers living in remote areas of Quebec, where the final delivery step occurs by Canada Post, will not receive their orders. If you are in one of these impacted areas, your package will be held in the Canada Post network and be treated once service resumes.

Are there shipping fees?

All orders of $119.99 or more before taxes are exempt from shipping fees. If your order is less than this amount, a flat rate of $11.99 plus taxes will apply.

What should I expect in terms of delivery times?

If there are no unexpected circumstances, you should receive your package within 3 to 5 business days following the reception of your order confirmation email. Once the order is picked up by Purolator, you will receive an email including the tracking number to locate your package.

What should I do if I have not received my order?

We recommend that you track your package through the Purolator’s website directly. Note that you will need to enter the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.
If the package is ready to be picked up at a Purolator facility, the procedure to claim your package will be indicated.

Do oversized products require additional delivery fees?

There is no additional fee for orders including an oversized item.

Are there shipping fees when purchasing a gift card online?

No, when you purchase one or several gift cards alone, there are no shipping fees. However, if you add other items to your cart, the value of your gift card is not included when calculating the required amount to qualify for free shipping.

Can I use a shipping address different from my billing address?

Yes! However, the shipping address must be in the province of Quebec and the billing address must always match the address associated with the credit card used to pay for your order.

Where can I have my order delivered?

You can have your order delivered to your home, your office, at a friend’s house or even in a PO box, provided that the address is valid and located in the province of Quebec.

What are the options for tracking my order?

Shipping confirmation email

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. If your order includes multiple packages, you will receive a tracking link for each package.

Tracking link

Thanks to the tracking link received by email, you have access to information concerning the progress of your delivery on the carrier’s website. That information is updated as soon as it becomes available. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after your order is shipped to access the information on the carrier’s website.

My account

If you placed your order while logged into your account, you will also be able to find the tracking number(s) and link(s) in your order details in My account section.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

I was absent at the time of delivery. Where can I go to pick up my package?

The location may vary from one carrier to another. In the event of your absence at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with the necessary information to pick up your package.
