What are the benefits to create an account?

When you have an online account, it is possible to find all the details of your orders, including tracking numbers and electronic receipts. You can also save your preferences to speed up the checkout process.

Is the account mandatory to place an order online?

No, you can place an order as a guest on the website if you prefer not to create an account.

I can’t access my account anymore or I forgot my password, what should I do?

It is possible that a problem has occurred with the username or password. Contact our Customer Service at support@le-trio-hockey.heyday-mail.com to confirm your information or to reset your account.

To reset your password on your own, click on “Forgot your password?” on the login page, enter your email address and then click on “Reset my Password”, on the following page. An email will be sent to you with the final instructions.

If I already have an active account on the Sports Experts website, is it possible to use it on triohockey.ca, or do I need to create a new account?

It is quite possible to use your Sports Experts customer account on triohockey.ca. Your username and password remain the same, whether you are surfing on the Trio Hockey website or on the Sports Experts website.
