Yes, you can purchase physical gift cards in $10.00, $25.00, $50.00, $100.00, $250.00 or $500.00 denominations on our Trio Hockey website. We will send your gift card by regular mail.

Unfortunately, we do not offer electronic gift cards at this time. However, on our website, it is possible to purchase a physical gift card that will be sent to you by regular mail.

Present your gift card in store to pay for your purchase (valid in all Sports Rousseau, Hockey Experts, L’Entrepôt du Hockey, Sports Experts and Atmosphere stores in Quebec). For an online order placed on triohockey.ca, enter the card number and personal identification number (PIN) at checkout.

No expiry date, nor user or dormancy fees apply to the Sports Rousseau, Hockey Experts and L’Entrepôt du Hockey gift cards.

No, when you purchase one or several gift cards alone, there are no shipping fees. However, if you add other items to your cart, the value of your gift card is not included when calculating the required amount to qualify for free shipping.

Of course. It is indeed possible to use your physical gift card bought online as a form of payment for your in-store purchases.

Of course! Our physical gift cards have a Personal Identification Number (PIN) enabling you to use them online.

It is possible that our older gift cards without a PIN may still be in circulation. Unfortunately, a gift card without a PIN cannot be used online, but can still be used in store.
If you have a gift card without a PIN and would like to pay online with it, please contact our Customer Service at support@le-trio-hockey.heyday-mail.com to replace your card.

You can buy a physical gift card online and send it to the person of your choice by filling in their information in the “Shipping Address” section. Please note that the shipping address must be in the province of Quebec.

However, the billing information must be in your name. Moreover, the billing address must always match the one associated to the credit card used for the payment of your order.

By using a Sports Rousseau, Hockey Experts and L’Entrepôt du Hockey gift card, you accept the terms listed below:

• The dollar value of your purchases will be deducted from the card until the value reaches zero.
• Refunds will be applied to the card or to another gift card.
• This card is not a negotiable instrument and may not be resold.
• This card is neither redeemable for cash nor refundable, except where required by law, and may not be reloaded, except in the case of a refund.
• This card will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
• We reserve the right to cancel this card at any time if there is evidence that it has been obtained illegally.
• The card has no value until purchased and activated.
